CVS provides outreach services to the individuals and families we serve in a number of different ways:
- Some families like to use the additional hours before and/or after their day services and the staff can come into the home to help with the morning routine if needed.
- Provide supports during the day or evening either in the home, at our offices or out in the community
Staff are matched to the individual to provide greater consistency. CVS works together with the family to determine the style of the service, the location and the life skills and activities that will be worked on.
