An employee working as a CVS Community Support Worker gets compensated based on a 4-step wage grid. As of April 1st, 2020, your wage would start at $20.52/hour at the first step and you have the opportunity to earn up to $23.90/hour at the 4th step. We also offer our employees additional elements as part of their compensation including counselling, competitive benefits, a computer purchase program, and access to corporate cell phone rates.

Truthfully, people don't come to CVS for the money - and we know that the School Boards pay more. We think we offer employees a positive work experience that makes up for the difference. If you do the math, a full time worker gets more at the school board per hour but over the course of a year it is about the same.
