Discovery & Pathways

The Discovery and Pathways programs are located at 2322 St. Johns in Port Moody and serve people who require a higher level of service (often 1:1).

The Discovery and Pathways programs focus on recreation and volunteer opportunities in the community. The Program Coordinators of the Discovery & Pathways programs lead a team of staff who work closely with the individuals we serve on fulfilling identified goals through an Individualized Service Plan. Patrick Fowler is the Program Coordinator for Discovery 1, Krissy Elliott is the Program Coordinator for Discovery 2 and Schuyler Smyth is the Program Coordinator for Pathways. Dawne Windblad oversees all of these programs as Manager of Inclusion.
