Community Ventures Society (CVS) works with adults and children who have developmental disabilities to set up a home where they can thrive and reach their goals. The Homes Program at CVS seeks to provide specialized resources to meet all the needs of the individuals we serve.
Working in the Homes program involves 1-1 support for the individual, and staff at every level, can make a major impact in the life of the individual living in the home. Not only will you develop a strong bond with the individual you are supporting but you will also create strong relationships with your fellow team members.
