Tamarack & Fusion

Our Tamarack program at Community Ventures Society is focused on helping the individuals we serve achieve their goals related to recreation and leisure as well as volunteer opportunities in the community. With each individual we serve, we conduct a thorough Individual Service Plan to identify specific goals and then develop plans to achieve them. This can include developing exercise and fitness programs, identifying leisure activities an individual may like to try like camping as well as finding volunteer opportunities in the community. Many of the individuals in the Tamarack program volunteer in animal shelters, local churches and help clean up in the community through the Adopt a Park and Adopt a Street initiatives. Lela Shaban is the Program Coordinator for Tamarack. Contact Lela with any questions at the email below.

Our Fusion program is based out of our Pitt Meadows (#108 – 12099 Harris Road) location. It provides a range of programming for the people we support and an Individual Service Plan is prepared for each person so they can identify goals as they are in the program. This can include recreational activities, learning life skills, volunteering and many other activities. We also have a small sales kiosk for our DisDaBomb social enterprise that is open from 9:30am – 3pm M-F. Cheri Barnes is the Program Coordinator for Fusion.
